Staffing levels are capable of delivering our curriculum, while back office functions provide efficient support for teaching and learning.
As we transition to become a Multi Academy Trust, we will explore how future Northampton Free School Trust schools can share ‘back office’ services in order to release even more funding for front-line teaching and learning.
